Bored employee fed up with work environment

How to Shape Your Company Culture

Company culture has quickly become one of the most important predictors of a company’s future success. With this in mind we are always looking for ways in which we can take even better care of our team. We most definitely live by Richard Branson’s idea of:

“Train people well enough so they can leave,
treat them well enough so they don’t”

I truly believe in this statement, and look forward to seeing it come to fruition over the coming years at Royal Services!

  1. Yes – sadly I’ve seen too many examples in the last few years of companies becoming ruthless with their staff in the drive to become more productive and I think they achieve the opposite – disgruntled staff who are looking for ways to leave.. As a senior manager for many years, I found that supporting staff and providing flexibility and a fun working environment was far more productive – staff are loyal and want to help achieve the vision. Great post – thanks for sharing x
